Workshop description

This goal of this short workshop is to educate aspiring Product Marketers on the fundamental components of a product launch and how to operationalize it.

It aims at helping startups and scaleups equip their Product Marketers with the essential skills and processes to bring products to market and be able to measure effectiveness of their GTM programs.

Participants will learn the key components of a go-to-market strategy and the basics of product launch processes. They will acquire a fundamental understanding in market research, audience definition, positioning, messaging, and launch metrics evaluation.
